1. Return Timeframe

  • You can return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.

2. Shipping Costs

  • If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your product is damaged or not functioning as expected, notify us within 30 days of receipt.
  • We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll issue a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

4. Change of Mind Returns

  • If you decide you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the cost of the product minus the original shipping fee.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
  • If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was issued and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@coastlifeluxuries.com for assistance.
