At Coast Life Luxuries, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and efficient as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• The daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframe

• Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days.
• Enjoy free shipping on orders over $200! For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies.
• Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Freight Carrier Deliveries

• Many of our products are shipped via third-party freight carriers (18-wheeler trucks).
• If your order includes an item that requires freight delivery, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery.
• Please ensure your phone number is accurate at checkout to avoid any delays in scheduling delivery.

Order Confirmation and Processing

• After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been received and your payment has been authorized.
• Your card will only be charged when your order ships, unless the item is on backorder, in which case we may hold the item for you.
